We will send you a bespoke proposal for your event. When you accept the offer, we will create the congress account and the billing will start. Invoices are always sent out in the first week of the following month. After receiving payment of the invoice, a link to the ÖBB Congress Account and a TAN code for registration will be sent to you for congress participants. This will be sent no more than 6 months before the start of the event. By using this link with the TAN code, participants can register for the ÖBB Congress Account and benefit from the advantages it offers (22% congress discount on the ÖBB standard fare, 10% on the international standard fare). There is also a discount of around 45% when you travel on ÖBB Nightjets within Austria and around 25% on journeys to Germany, Italy or Switzerland (based on a seat ticket).
