The ÖBB Vorteilscard is the ideal choice if you are looking for flexible travel throughout Austria. This card gives you a 50% discount** on every ÖBB standard ticket. The card pays for itself with just a few journeys per year. This Vorteilscard is available in Classic, Youth, Senior and Family versions via the ÖBB app, in the ÖBB ticket shop, at ÖBB ticket counters and in ÖBB travel agencies. The Vorteilscard Comfort, which offers an additional 50% discount on seat reservations, is only available in the ÖBB app and in the ÖBB ticket shop.
Vorteilscard Classic: one for all
The Vorteilscard Classic entitles you to discounted travel by train for €71 a year. There are no special requirements attached to the purchase of this card and it is available in the ÖBB App or online from the ÖBB ticket shop, as well as at ÖBB ticket desks and at ÖBB travel agencies.
The Vorteilscard Classic includes the usual cheque card and can also be saved digitally in your ÖBB account.
Vorteilscard Comfort: the digital premium product with extra convenience
If you want to travel for less AND secure your favourite seat on the train, we recommend the Vorteilscard Comfort: this entitles you to discounted travel across Austria by train for €86 a year. You are also entitled to a 50% discount on seat reservations on national & international long-distance trains.
Money-saving tip switching to Vorteilscard Comfort: If you order a new Vorteilscard Comfort through your ÖBB account while your current Vorteilscard is still valid, you can get it at the reduced special price of just €76 instead of €86. Only possible once.
The Vorteilscard Comfort is our digital premium product without a cheque card. The card is available in the ÖBB app or online from the ÖBB ticket shop under "Other offers" and can be conveniently saved in your ÖBB account. This means you always have your Vorteilscard Comfort with you on your smartphone.
When purchasing tickets, you will need to enter your Vorteilscard number. Alternatively, you can conveniently save them in the app or online in your ÖBB account.
Would you like to book tickets more cheaply for three months? If so, the ÖBB reservation discount with a 50% reduction on seat reservations is just what you need! The reservation discount is only €19.90 for customers with a Vorteilscard. If you do not have a valid Vorteilscard, you can purchase the ÖBB reservation discount for €24.90.
Passengers with disabilities do not need an Vorteilscard - you can travel at a 50% discount with your disabled pass or disabled ex-service personnel pass.

Conditions
The Vorteilscard is unique to you and cannot be transferred to other passengers. It can be purchased up to 6 months before the desired start of validity and is valid for 12 months. Please bring photo ID with proof of your age every time you travel by train.
