Already booked a ticket? How to quickly and easily add an ÖBB Plus!
At tickets.oebb.at or mobile via new ÖBB App, after selecting your ÖBB ticket, go to "Extras", and select the ÖBB Plus of your choice at a reduced rate to save money. As little as 5 to 10 minutes later, the ÖBB ticket as well as your voucher for touristic offer are ready for pick-up at the stationary ÖBB ticket vending machines at the train station.
- Our travel consultants at the ÖBB customer service (Tel: 05-1717-3) or at the ÖBB ticket counters will, of course, be glad to include the discounted ÖBB Plus in your booking.
- Prior to purchasing your ÖBB Plus, make sure to visit the websites of our individual partners to obtain information on their operating hours.
You travel as planned, and on either the same day or one of the two following days, you simply exchange the voucher directly at the touristic attraction.
For the ÖBB ticket, the current terms and conditions as well as ÖBB-Personenverkehr AG's GTCs apply. For the ÖBB Plus, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation prior to the first day of validity of the ÖBB ticket: You will receive a refund of 100% of the price of the touristic offer.
- Cancellation from the first day of validity of the ÖBB ticket: The price of the touristic offer cannot be refunded.
A prerequisite for any reimbursement is that the unused voucher is returned. Partial reimbursements are not granted in cases where not all of the services were used.
