• First and family name, address
• Phone number for any enquiries and notifications (very important)
• Travel date, travel route (departure/transfer/arrival station)
• Are you travelling with someone or with luggage?
• Type of limitation (wheelchair user, walking disability, visual impairment, other limitation)
• Do you need any aids? (elevator, train wheelchair,...)
• Meeting place at the station
• Have you already bought or reserved tickets or seats? If yes, we need your coach and seat number. If no, you can order these from our Mobility Service Centre when you make your request.

• Clarification regarding facilities of stations and trains
• Agreement of time and place of meeting
• Information on available services
• Coordination of seat availability (wheelchair bays,...)
• Information of service staff
• Information for passengers regarding potential non-availability of wheelchair cars for long-distance travels

In order to be able to organize optimal assistance at the train station, ÖBB-PV AG requires advance notice of your travel request by no later than:

• 12 hours before departure for trips within Austria (if you start your journey before 9 a.m., you must inform the mobility service center of your travel wishes by 6 p.m. the day before)
• 3 hours before departure when traveling between stations:Wien Meidling, Wien Westbahnhof, St. Pölten Hauptbahnhof, Linz Hauptbahnhof, Wels Hauptbahnhof, Attnang-Puchheim, Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof, Feldkirch, Dornbirn, Bregenz, Wiener Neustadt, Bruck an der Mur, Graz Hauptbahnhof, Klagenfurt Hauptbahnhof, Villach Hauptbahnhof
• 36 hours before departure for cross-border trips to/from/via Germany, Denmark and Romania
• 24 hours before departure for all other trips from Austria to abroad or from abroad to Austria

Assistance abroad is usually organized and carried out by our foreign partner railways. In order to be able to organize your assistance in the best possible way, we generally recommend that you register your need for assistance with us as early as possible when traveling across borders.
