Ticket offers for daytime transport:
You want to decide at short notice whether you will be travelling? With the ÖBB Standard-Ticket, you have utmost flexibility. You are not limited to a certain train and can choose you connection freely.
Standard single tickets are valid up to 2 days in respective of the route - irrespective of sales channel chosen. Prior to the first day of validity, Standard-Tickets are reimbursed free of charge. Please note the special terms and conditions applicable to reimbursements for online and mobile tickets.
Do you prefer to plan your journey longer in advance, but want to be certain about your choice of train? Then the Sparschiene is the right choice for you The ticket is non refundable.
If you choose the Sparschiene-Komfort category, the reservation is included. Up to 15 days before the 1st day of validity, Sparschiene Komfort tickets are refunded free of charge. After that, 50% of the fare (at least € 15.-) will be charged up until the 1st day of validity.
* For journeys within a network area, the ÖBB standard single ticket is valid on the desired day of travel. ÖBB standard single tickets for domestic journeys across network area borders are valid for 2 calendar days.
Ticket offers for night transport:
Tickets for connections with the night train include the reservation. The costs for the journey, the reservation in the respective travel category and breakfast in the couchette or sleeper coach are already included here.
All tickets for connections with an overnight train are valid for the booked train and the booked route on the selected day of travel.
The Standardticket is refundable free of charge before the 1st day of validity. Sparschiene tickets are non refundable. Sparschiene-Komfort tickets are refunded free of charge up to 15 days before the 1st day of validity. After that, 50% of the fare (at least € 15.-) will be charged up until the 1st day of validity.
