The IMMERSIUM:WIEN is Austria’s first immersive museum for children and families, offering a completely redesigned multi-media spectacle within 1,100 square meters. The current exhibition includes a 360° immersive experience room with lifelike projections, an action-packed 5D ride, interactive learning stations and games, a photobooth and an unforgettable VR-flight simulator.
The current exhibition JURASSIC – The Immersive Experience© transports its visitors to a land before our time. With the help of digital technology, you can get closer to these prehistoric giants than ever before. Dino fans will be able to see a wide range of species: the well-known Brachiosaurus, Mosasaurus and Tyrannosaurus Rex, but also lesser-known carnivores and herbivores are represented in the immersive show.
From the digital excavations of fossils to raptor feeding, there are many stations waiting to be interacted with, discovered and experienced. The biggest highlight is the 15-minute immersive show "Jurassic The Gathering" that shows dinosaurs in their natural habitat through visually stunning projections.
